When is your engagement anniversary?:

February 28 2009 

When is your marriage anniversary?:

May 29 2010

How long have you known your spouse?:

We met my first weekend in college.  We became good friends a few months later.

How long did you date/court before you were engaged?:

Less than a year.  Say, April Fools 2008- the end of February 2009

Where did you meet your spouse for the first time?:

Chorale.  Our university's choir group.  We were on a retreat to get to know eachother

Do you have any children?:

No way!

Do you have any house pets?:

Yes, he is our child.  Remy.  Pictures of him are all over this blog!

Do you own a house or rent?:

Rent, and will for another year or so.  (even though all i really want right now is to have a house with a fenced in yard!)

What is one of your favorite activities to do together?:

We have little time, and even littler money-so watching movies on the couch

Do you have a favorite vacation spot?:

Greece!  This was where we fell in love, and where we realized it was right to marry.  2 very important trips for our lives!

How many siblings (including in-laws) do you have?:

1 just a brother-in-law for me

What church do you attend?:

Vineyard Cincinnati

Is this the church you were married in?:

We were married in a differnt city outside in the historic fort where I grew up

Where did you go on your honeymoon?:

Jamacia!  We went to an all inclusive Couples Resort (Negril)  I recommend everyone goes there!

Who drives when you go out together?:

Hubby would prefer to, but until last week I had the better car, and I did most of the time.  Will his new car, he will always be the one to drive!

How long have you been together?:

 Apil 2008- so almost 3 years

Who asked who out?:

Neither,  he had a concussion, and I never left his side as he spent days in the hospital recovering both in Greece and State Side.  

How old are each of you?:

I'm 22, and he will be 24 this month!

Which situation is the hardest on you as a couple?:

 opposite work schedules, it sucks! 

Who is smarter?:

by far and away he is.  I cannot compete!

Where do you eat out most as a couple?:

We never do!  I guess chipolte, but our favorite place is the Haughbrough House (It's just too expensive for us to go there)

Where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple?:

Greece and Italy 

Who has the craziest exes?:

HE DOES!  Although, to be far, I guess I do have one or two myself

Who has the worse temper?:
depends

Who does the cooking?

Almost always me, but he can!

Who is more social?:

Right now, I am the one who actually knows a few people- but in real life he is

Who is the neat-freak?:

HE IS!  I had no idea how neat he was until now!

Who is the more stubborn?:

I would say both, but truthfully it's me

Who wakes up earlier?:

Me most days

Where was your first date?:

he doesn't remember it but i consider it to be a walk on the pier in Volos, Greece.  The first time he remembers was a week later in a little Italian restaurant in the middle of nowhere where we went to school.

Do you get flowers often?:

I have gotten flowers twice.  They just are not the worth the investment

How long did it take to get serious?:

I said that I did not want to be serious from the get go.  He was going to be studying in Ecuador, then China.  But it was only a few months into dating that we knew this was it for us (if we could make it through the 6 months of long distance!) 

Who eats more?:

We both eat more than needed.  We love food!

Who does the laundry?:

I have done all of the laundry since before we got married- even when we lived in separate apartments

Leave a piece of advice for the other couples:

Recognize your selfishness and actively work to change it.  No one is perfect, but we can all be better for the one we love.
